Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form for Queensgate Products

Before returning products to Prior Scientific/Queensgate, you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please fill out the form below and a Prior/Queensgate representative will contact you shortly in regards to your request.

RMAs may be subject to an evaluation fee of £500 for all RMA’s returned to Prior Ltd/Queensgate.

Equipment being returned to Prior/Queensgate must be in its original protective packaging. Equipment returned to Prior/Queensgate without its original packaging will incur a packaging charge to ensure the safe return shipment of the product.

To ensure that Prior and its customers meet all legal requirements for goods sent across borders, all items sent to us must be recorded in both the provided RMA form and the commercial invoice.

Any items sent to us but not recorded correctly may be seized by customs authorities.
