ProScan III Controller

Universal Multi-axis Microscope Automation Controller

The ProScan III system can control up to 16 individual stepper motor axes. It is the basis for Prior's patented Intelligent Scanning Technology (IST), which greatly enhances the individual performance of each ProScan XY stage.

The advanced internal software allows for simple control of all accessories via Prior’s CS200 Joystick, RS232, or USB, and an SDK is supplied for easy integration into third-party software. External components, such as cameras, can also be controlled via TTL. The ProScan III is also compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac.

The compact modular design minimizes the footprint of the controller and enables users to include additional functionality according to their application for easy expansion. The add-on control boxes are stacked vertically to maximize bench space.

The ProScan III is compatible with numerous microscopy software packages, including MicroManager, Evident/Olympus CellSens and PRECiV, and Nikon NIS Elements (appropriate package required).
