High performance multiaxis piezo sample positioning stages

The SPXY series are high-performance, multiaxis piezo stages for use with a wide range of applications such as image stitching, large area Bio-AFM and semiconductor device test and inspection. 

The super-slim height (<20 mm) provides superior access for illumination and objectives. The large aperture gives excellent access for multiple sample types and easy installation of cell incubators. Market-leading long travel ranges allow large areas and volumes to be imaged quickly and accurately, minimizing image stitching errors and post-processing. 

Mounting directly on most Prior H117 stages and an adapter kit for the Nikon Ti2 XY stage is available. (Other adapters on request.)  

The SPXY series can be combined with NanoScan OP series objective positioners for 3 axis imaging using a single NPC-D-6330 controller.
