The LDB100F with 550 nanometer filter in the light path eliminates any background fluorescence. The LDB100F illuminator provides all the advantages of LED illumination in a flexible package that can be fitted to most modern upright and inverted microscope systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n\t<li>Brightfield LDB100F features:<\/li>\r\n\t<li>10,000+ hours of operating lifetime<\/li>\r\n\t<li>&lt;140 microseconds on\/off speed using TTL<\/li>\r\n\t<li>LED simply replaces the standard lamphouse<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Internal flip in blocking filter (550 nm LP)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>&nbsp;Eliminates the need for transmitted light shutter<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Small controller for intensity control and on\/off control<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Filter in for fluorescence applications eliminating unwanted background fluorescence<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Filter out for brightfield applications, full
