Introducing the latest innovation in microscope automation - the Prior PCI II  High Speed Stepper Motor Controller. Prior PCI II controls your motorized microscope stage, joystick, focus motor, filter wheels and shutters, all from within your PC. Installed directly into your personal computer, the Prior PCI II   saves valuable workspace by eliminating the need for a controller box.

Key Features:

  • The Prior PCI II incorporates a 32 bit BUS that communicates at speeds of 133 MBps. This yields a communication response time of less than 250 nanoseconds - over 100 times faster than standard RS232 communications. The Prior PCI II controller is capable of driving the stage at step sizes as small as 0.01 micron for X, Y and 0.002 micron for Z movement.
