The PriorSpec™II is a perfectly ergonomic handheld microscope for visual inspection of fiber optic terminations. Battery powered with a long life LED illumination system the PriorSpec™II is always ready for use. A range of over 50 snap in connector adapters ensures compatibility with practically any type of fiber optic cable in use today. Knurled finger screws enable the user to easily bring the fiber into the center of the field of view of to scan across an MT style ferrule to inspect the individual fibers. With magnifications from 200x to 400x and high quality objective lenses the PriorSpec™II is more than capable of resolving pits and scratches of <1.0µm.
