The ProScan™II is ideally suited for the most demanding imaging applications where high precision and accuracy are essential. Ideal uses include; image tiling, time lapse studies, industrial and semiconductor inspection and high thoughput screening. The ProScan™II controller represents the latest in stepper motor control technology and provides a wide range of advanced features designed for the most demanding applications and a comprehensive high level software command set including DLL's. A fourth axis driver is available to control sample rotation or an additional custom application. The unit also offers four TTL inputs and outputs for triggering camera shutters, relays, linescan cameras or other peripheral devices. System control using high-level software commands is available via the new USB interface or either of two available serial ports. The ProScan™II controller is compatible with most third party imaging software products and is easily integrated with existing systems.
