Prior's probe style encoder feedback system provides the highest accuracy (0.2 microns) available for your motorized focus system. Resolution for the Z scale probe is 0.05 microns. Available for both the OptiScan™II and ProScan™II, the Z scale probe system includes encoder feedback electronics for the controller, an encoder probe with controller interface cable and a universal mounting bracket kit.
