In conjunction with extensive testing, Intelligent Scanning Technology allows each stage to be pre-programmed with a unique set of operating characteristics to that particular stage to ensure optimum performance. Intelligent Scanning Technology allows the ProScan™III controller to periodically interrogate the stage and make any required adjustments to maintain superior orthogonality and metric accuracy.
